SEKWANG MECHANICS collects and uses personal information to review and respond to project and technical support inquiries submitted through the website.

The information is used only to review inquiries, contact the requester, provide a response, and discuss potential work.

Required: name, email address, phone number, inquiry details, and confirmation of consent to the collection and use of personal information.

Optional: company name and inquiry type.

The website currently provides no membership, payment, chatbot, or account-based service.

Personal information is retained until the inquiry, response, consultation, and related business discussion are complete.

When the purpose is fulfilled or deletion is requested, the information is destroyed without delay unless retention is required by law.

The website application does not store inquiry content in a separate database or record personal information in application logs. Inquiry content is delivered to the SEKWANG MECHANICS company inquiry mailbox.

Authorized personnel may review collected information only as needed to respond to the inquiry and conduct a technical review.

SEKWANG MECHANICS uses Resend, operated by Plus Five Five, Inc., to send and deliver website inquiry emails.

Processor: Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend) / Processing task: sending and delivering website inquiry emails.

This processing is performed to deliver inquiries on behalf of SEKWANG MECHANICS and is distinct from providing personal information to a third party for that party's independent purposes.

Processing country and purpose: United States / sending and delivering website inquiry emails.

Information processed: name, company name (optional), email address, phone number, inquiry type (optional), inquiry details, submission time, and metadata required for email transmission.

Timing and method: the information is transmitted over the network through the Resend API when the user submits an inquiry.

Resend's DPA states that customer data is processed while the service agreement remains active and deleted within 90 days after account termination. This criterion applies to data processed within Resend; inquiry emails received by SEKWANG MECHANICS are retained under Section 03.

Information is destroyed so it cannot be recovered when its purpose is fulfilled or its retention period ends.

Electronic files are securely deleted, and printed materials, if any, are shredded or destroyed by an equivalent method.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your personal information.

Requests can be submitted through the published inquiry email, after which SEKWANG MECHANICS will review and advise on the necessary action.
